  • Pantech trucks with 2-tonne tail lifts and side doors for tight urban deliveries
  • Blankets, straps, corner guards, and load bars standard
  • Two-person crew capability for heavy/fragile items
  • POD software and photo capture on delivery
  • Online job notes with cubic-metre details for accurate quoting/space allocation (supported by our booking and quote forms).

Compliance, Safety & Insurance

  • Chain of Responsibility (CoR): Active policy from 1 January 2023, with training for drivers and loaders.
  • Customer property care: Procedure-driven handling for fragile surfaces (stone, glass, lacquered timber), with on-site assessment prior to placement.
  • Insurance: Transit cover appropriate to consignment type; certificates available on request.

 

Customer Communication

  • Before delivery: SMS/phone confirmation windows and any access instructions collected (lifts, stairs, parking).
  • On the day: Crew call-ahead, GPS-aided ETA updates when feasible.
  • After delivery: POD and photo confirmation, plus assembly/rubbish removal tick-off where applicable.
